I think you will need to take a look a PowerShell to remove all the files. Are you sure? I too have iinstall same issue with installs to programdata. Is there any group policy settings that one can set on the domain level for teams? After reading your comment I wondered exactly the same. So I removed everything I installed it again, and somehow it gets installed in the programdata folder on my eexe.
